We are committed to protecting the privacy of your documents. All files uploaded for translation are securely stored and only accessible to verified translators assigned to your project. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Your documents, emails, and profile information are used strictly for the purpose of facilitating the translation service, communicating project updates, and processing payments. Once a translation is finalized and approved, you hold all rights to the translated content.
Your account is secured using industry-standard authentication (Supabase Auth). We employ row-level security to ensure that your jobs and personal details are isolated and protected from unauthorized access.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the mobile app (Settings > About > Delete Account), or you can submit a deletion request using the form below.
Note: Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
